Repair service information

I will be on vacation from January 31st to February 14th. Any controller(s) received during that time will be fixed soon after I return. If you plan to ship your controller(s) during that time, Please use USPS as a hold will be on my address. Other carriers will deliver the package and thus it will be sitting outside. 

Any packaging or boxes used may or may not be returned.

Please do not include anything extra, if it can be easily removed, please take it off.

I use the return address to identify whose (insert your item here) is whose. If the package doesn't have a return address I might not know who sent it. A UPS store return address is not your address, please include your address on and/or in the package.  

Specifically for motherboard service: Please only include the motherboard. Anything sent in addition will not be returned.

Specifically for edge stick modules service: Please only include the stick module(s). Anything sent in addition will not be returned.

You can use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If I ever go on vacation it is best to use USPS, as I can put a hold on the mail/packages or wait to mail your (insert your item here) to me.
